How many Sessions will I need?
The length of treatment varies from client to client, but compared to other therapies, it's generally very quick at between just 6-10 sessions. Obviously there are some clients who may be successful with fewer sessions, and there will be those clients who will require more. But all clients are always welcome to come back for a top-up or a refresher session.
