Lateness

Please arrive promptly as any lateness cannot be accommodated by adding additional time to the end of the sessions. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible.  We will do our best to make a full session available, but this often depends on appointments subsequent to your booking and so cannot be guaranteed.  If your session needs to be curtailed due to your late arrival then the session fee remains payable in full.

  • Abuse or Injury to a Minor: I am legally required to report any abuse towards a minor to the appropriate authorities should you divulge any such information to me.

Fees

Each standard session lasts up-t0 50 minutes and will be charged at the full fee. Fees are payable at the end of each session by cash or card.

Treatment

Success is not guaranteed but full client commitment is important for the sessions to be worthwhile.  There are no guarantees that any of the therapies offered will solve your issues. It is my intention to help you to help yourself, by facilitating a deep awareness of what is actually troubling you and helping you to empower yourself to make the appropriate changes. I make no promises that I can cure you, however, I can promise that I will do my best to help you.

Standards of Behaviour

We reserve the right to cancel the session and refuse any further therapy should you attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs, except those medications prescribed by your doctor, or if you demonstrate violent/abusive behaviour.

Commitment

Hypnotherapy relies on commitment and motivation from both the therapist and the client to get the best results.  Part of the treatment occurs in the consulting room and part of the treatment is cognitive reflection or homework.  As the client, when you agree to undertake a course of treatment you also agree to fully engage with the process, complete any homework that you are given and listen to the CD’s at appropriate times.  It is with commitment and partnership working that you will see the best results.  Therefore we make no guarantees that our therapies can help you, however, we promise to do our best to help you help yourself.
